Because this class is outside, be prepared for class to be postponed upon the weather (rain or high temps).

Calm & Composed

This class is for dogs that have trouble keeping their cool. Does your pet lunge, bark excessively, or seem over-excited, fearful, or uncomfortable when exposed to people or dogs who are unfamiliar to them? This class might be for you! Dogs who are “reactive” can be so in general, on leash, with barriers, and in other circumstances. They can be reactive to people or people with certain attributes, dogs, cars, bikes, and more. Reactive dogs aren’t necessarily “aggressive.” Take this class to help build your dog’s focus on you, teach them how to relax and maintain calm. Please note: Dogs do not attend the first class.

  • Who Should take this Class? Dogs older than 6 months of age who have the tendency to over-react to people or other dogs.
